Sacramento Canyon Audio Tour
Under construction during beta testing of Audio Tour download page
The hour-long Audio Tour is timed so that as you drive the section highlighted in yellow on the right, the tour will describe what you are seeing or will describe events that happened nearby.

You can either start the Audio Tour at the City of Mt. Shasta, and listen while driving southbound, or start at the City of Anderson, and listen while driving northbound.
The Sacramento River Canyon is California at its scenic and historic best. Dominated by towering Mt. Shasta, it is home to eagles, rushing streams, and sheer granite walls.
It is also home to the echoing footsteps of Gold Rush Forty-Niners, stagecoach robbers, poets, Native Americans who vanished mysteriously, and much more.
To hear a sample of the Audio Tour, click here (sample will take a moment to download).
Now an Audio Tour you listen to in your car is available for travelers driving along Interstate 5 through the Sacramento Canyon.  The Audio Tour will tell you the real stories of the people who lived here, as well as let you know about the remarkable sights you will see.
